Sette Chiese is the first product of the farm factory Serracavallo, a DOP red wine of the lands of Cosenza, purple red with a fragrance of fresh tobacco leaves and ribes. The taste enhances the well-blended tannins and a balanced freshness.
Until the1950 the factory would praise that at the beginning of the century all the priests in the area to celebrate the mass wanted the wine of Serracavallo; to homage this fact, and because Bisignano has seven districts and each of them a church, the wine it’s been called Sette Chiese, which means seven churches.
