The Panettone is the typical sweet of the Italian tradition at Christmas time. The traditional recipe with the use of biological ingredients makes Pandolia a light and palatable product.
Made with stone milled spelt wheat, biological extra virgin olive oil, raisins and candied orange grown in Calabria, the dough is left to rise naturally for thirty-two hours using sourdough starter.
