The Donna Rosa, it’s an IGT rosé wine produced in the province of Crotone by the factory Fattoria San Francesco; it’s obtained by white wine vinification at controlled temperature and transferred in new durmast French barriques for four months.
It is salmon coloured with cherry reflections; the delicate fragrance has floral and spicy tinges. Soft taste, harmonious, vivid.
Vine variety: Gaglioppo;
Winemaking: diraspopigiatura, short cold maceration with skins, soft pressing, yield in must flor 60% on grapes, follows fermentation at controlled temperature, ripening in new durmast French barriques for four months, and two months final refining in bottle at controlled temperature.
