The Nerone di Calabria is an IGT red wine produced with selected grapes that come from the sloping sunbathed hillsides of Calabria and harvested late in the season to get the maximum of the aromatic concentration.
To produce this wine the winery Criserà selected the most ancient vine variety of the region known as Enotria which means land of wine, the Nerello Calabrese.
The Nerone of Calabria challenges the most exigent palates giving them full satisfaction.
A ruby red wine, very intense, of hard transparency if not observed through the reflection of the light, elegant tannins, nobles and compact. If supplied with oxygen it releases intense and persistent winey perfumes, very spicy.
