The Rosso Viola is a Calabrian IGP with biological agriculture certification, produced by the winery Cantine Viola in Saracena in the province of Cosenza.

To be served at a temperature of 16°.
Ruby with clear borders. The bouquet reveals a fragrance range rich and intriguing: spicy notes of nutmeg and cloves and black pepper. Fruity: plum, amarena, and red fruits, slightly tannic with a high acidity that refreshes the palate.
Vine variety: Magliocco dolce 100%;
Winemaking: cold pre-fermentative maceration for three days; fermentation in steel thermo regulate with maceration for at least eight days. Refining in wood for nine months in barriques and in bottle for six months before selling;
Terreno: red clay, cordon spurred;
AbV: 12,5% Vol.;
Bottle: 75 cl;
