Le Terre di Zoè – Bio compote of clementines and bergamot
The Bio compote of clementines and bergamot is produced by the family-run factory “Terre di Zoè“.
The plot of land owned by the family is in the province of Reggio Calabria and has an extent of 20 hectares.
The product is colourant and preservatives free. The clementines are rich in C vitamin and orange pigment. The bergamot is a citrus of many natural properties: it is a strong ally against cholesterol and diabetes, helps who suffers from cardiovascular disease, is very rich in vitamin C B1, B2, A and so has an effective reparatory action in osseous diseases.
The clementines are a hybrid born from the graft of tangerine and bitter orange trees, what came out of the graft is a small fruit, warm orange coloured, without seeds, thin skin and very juicy slices.
The compote contains just fruit sugar and is gluten free.

How to use: with a lightly bitter tinge is ideal for flavouring low fat yoghurt or to enhance the taste of aged cheese.
