Criserà – Lige Calabrian I.G.T. Rosé

Description

The Lige rosato is a wine that recalls to the palate all the charm of a magic place enchanted by the myth of the sirens: LIGE,”…is like honey, put a spell on men and makes them wiser”.

To produce this wine the winery Criserà selected the most ancient vine variety of the region known as Enotria which means land of wine, the Nerello Calabrese and the Gaglioppo.

A Calabrian IGT wine very brightly rosé coloured, with orange reflections, with a sweet floral fragrance and a very nice dry fruity taste, to be served at a suggested temperature of  10-12°.

Winemaking: modern techniques of cold maceration and soft pressing;

Terreno: medium mix;

AbV: 13 % Vol.;

Bottle: 75 cl;

Classification: Typical Geographical Indication Calabria;

Best served with: it goes greatly with fish, shellfishes, fresh dairy products, ricotta, mozzarella cheese. Excellent to make aperitives.
