The Grappa dello Stretto, produced by the winery Criserà, it is a precious distilled that holds the history of Calabria, a Region known in the past as Enotria which means land of the wine; it is the first and only one obtained by the best pomace of grapes coming from the terraced vineyards of the Costa Viola.
The selection of raw material, the slow distillation in the pot still at discontinuous cycle, and all phases of production, are carefully followed by the winery.
The grappa appearance is crystal clear. The fragrance is frank, generous, of immediate impact. The taste is balanced, intense, and round.
