The ‘nduja, of the line of products Calabriamia, Attinà e Forti production, is a typical Calabrian cured meat made with soft pork meat, spicy and spreading.
The line of products Calabriamia is addressed to the more exigent customers, who choose products with care for the taste and is selective in the choice. Peculiarity of these products are maximum care in the selection of raw material, the use of typical recipes with EVO oil, and the very nice packaging.
The ‘nduja, preserved in EVO oil, is ideal to spicy dishes, spread on toasted bread or on bruschetta, it has to be served warm directly from the pot designed to warm it up, the scaldanduja.
