The Amaro Scilla was born as a liqueur of the holydays in the rural town of Scilla at the beginning of 1900. The recipe made of citrus, flowers, tonic herbs, all ingredients present in the territory of Scilla from the sea to the mountain Aspromonte, it’s been today re-elaborate and enriched in the taste and aroma keeping intact the ancient fragrance.
The tonic herbs give to the liqueur the characteristic bitter taste, the properties of the herbs stimulate the production of gastric juices helping the digestion.
How to use: excellent as digestive, delicious to enhance the taste of any kind of ice cream.
