€5,00The Breys Dubbel is a handcrafted Calabrian red beer 5,8° abv, not pasteurised, not filtered, and refermented in the bottle. To be served in a large goblet that helps to densely pack the foam and keep it at 7-10°.
Birrificio Reggino is in Gallico, a district in the north of Reggio Calabria. The research of high-quality ingredients, the study of the best combination of the products, work and passion are the key to get a high-quality beer.
Cream coloured foam, intense red colour moderately clear, fluid but slightly dense at the bottom.
Roosted tones, nuts and coffee with a pinch of liquorice, floral bouquet finish, malt tinge, a slightly acid taste, moderately sweet and bitter finish.
Food combination: dried fruits sweet or salty, first course of meat, second course of fish or meat spicy, oven potatoes, hamburgers and piadine (flour tortilla) with various sauce, tasty cheese, desserts, chocolate cakes.
